Admin Assistant (SC)

High SC on Disc profile test (Steady and conscientious) Google it.

2 years telecom or IT company experience preferred

Must have excellent PC skills. We will test you on Excel in first 5 minutes.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

Must have very basic mechanical knowledge, you may need to fix a printer paper jamb, etc.

Run errands such as lunch pickup, delivering parts to techs or customers

Serve as office receptionist, operating multiline phone system and directing calls to appropriate persons as necessary. Intake of basic, non-urgent service tickets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and wear many hats within the organization

Receive Purchase orders into Tigerpaw and apply to Service orders

Monitor service email box and create service orders

Repair and “move, add change” (MAC) service scheduling

Email collections reminders and statements

Experience with Tigerpaw CRM a plus

Process UPS deliveries and record serial numbers
