We restrict calling to any country where the International rates are over .20/minute. For these areas, you must use a calling card.

How to dial
  • Dial as you would on any phone. 011 + 1 to 3 digit country code + the telephone number.
  • The country code + telephone number can be no more than 15 digits per E.164 International dialing standards.
  • You may need to drop a leading digit from a number that is published within a country. For example, a Mobile phone in
South Korea (country code 82) may have a published number of  010 5555 5555. That is what you would dial from INSIDE South Korea.
But to call from the US, you will drop the leading zero and dial 011 82 10 5555 5555
How we charge
  • Rate schedule  is available.
  • Beware that some areas inside countries may have larger rates and be blocked.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • We round to 6 seconds with a 30 second minimum.
  • We bill quarterly.
Diagnosing International dialing issues
  • Call the US Embassy (consulate, mission) for the region if it has one. They always have good phone service from the US!
  • Be aware that countries with rates exceeding .20/min are blocked with no warning. You will get a busy code.
  • Always tell us the Telephone number dialed, what your heard and the time. We call this THT.
  • Foreign telephone networks are out of our control. You must provide two call reports 2 hours apart if you are having issues.
  • As a final resort, we will make a call from another network to test the validity of the destination number.
    • If it fails, we will consider the destination invalid.
    • If it is successful, we will report the “can’t complete call” issue to our international carriers for resolution.
