Low International Calling Rates

We Match Verizon on Service Areas and Cost

You must ask for International service to be enabled on your account.

We charge a flat International rate based on your estimated usage.  If we adjust it, we will advise you based on your calling volume and cite your specific usage. It will be compared to and not exceed any Verizon service plan.

What is allowed

We provide great international calling rates to over 80% of the world. For example

Country Country Code US Embassy Test Number
France 33 011 33 1 43 12 22 22
UK 44 011 44 20 7499 9000
Germany 49 011 49 30 8305 0
Mexico 52 011 52 55 5080 2000
Cuba 53 NOT ALLOWED. USE CALLING CARD.
China 86 011 86 108 531 4000
China Mobile 86 011 86 136 555 555 5555
(This is as long as a number can get!)

We restrict calling to any country where the International rates are over .50/minute. These are considered fraudulent destinations. For these areas, you must use a calling card.

How to dial

    • Dial as you would on any phone always starting with 011 + country code + local published telephone number.
    • International telephone numbers are from 10 to 15 digits.

Diagnosing International dialing issues

        • Call the US Embassy (consulate, mission) for the region if it has one. They always have good phone service from the US!
        • Be aware that countries with rates exceeding our per minute rate. These are blocked with no warning. You will get a busy code.
        • Always tell us the Telephone number dialed, what your heard and the time. We call this THT.
        • Foreign telephone networks are out of our control. You must provide two call reports 2 hours apart if you are having issues.
        • As a final resort, we will make a call from another network to test the validity of the destination number.
          • If it fails, we will consider the destination invalid.
          • If it is successful, we will report the “can’t complete call” issue to our international carriers for resolution.

We may block these non-USA area codes that are a source of Toll Fraud.
