We lost a good VoIP customer in 2008 due to this Comcast issue. It was embarrassing to us.

Allow us to install a roof mounted Verizon 4G backup internet solution. The picture on the left is an install 32 feet above ground. The height allows 4G wireless speeds of up to 100Mbps.
